We stand behind the quality of our work. If you're not satisfied with your personalized song, we want to make it right. This refund policy explains your rights and our obligations.

2. Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a full or partial refund in the following cases:

• Before Production Starts: Full refund if requested within 24 hours of payment, before lyrics are generated
• Quality Issues: If the final product has technical defects or doesn't match the approved content
• Non-Delivery: If we fail to deliver your order within 30 days without communication

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be issued in the following cases:

• Subjective dissatisfaction with artistic choices (lyrics, music style) that you previously approved
• After you've downloaded the final product
• Change of mind after production has started
• Errors in information you provided (wrong names, dates, etc.)
• Quality issues with photos you uploaded

4. Refund Request Process

To request a refund:

1. Contact us at loveandsongapp@gmail.com with your order number
2. Explain the reason for your refund request
3. We will review your request within 2 business days
4. If approved, refunds are processed within 5-10 business days

5. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be offered based on the stage of production:

• After Lyrics Generated: Up to 80% refund
• After Song Created: Up to 50% refund
• After Final Proof Sent: Up to 25% refund (for quality issues only)

6. Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

7. Revisions vs. Refunds

Before requesting a refund, we encourage you to work with us on revisions. We offer multiple review stages (lyrics, song choice, final proof) where you can request changes at no additional cost.

8. Dispute Resolution

If you disagree with our refund decision, you may file a dispute with your payment provider (PayPal). We commit to working in good faith to resolve any disputes.

9. Our Guarantee

We're committed to your satisfaction. While we can't guarantee you'll love every artistic choice, we guarantee that we'll deliver a high-quality, personalized product that meets the specifications you approved during the production process.
