4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you receive a personal, non-commercial license to the final song. Love & Song retains all copyrights to the creative work, but grants you perpetual rights for personal use.

Commercial use, redistribution, or resale of the content is prohibited without explicit written permission.

5. Payment and Pricing

All prices are displayed in EUR and include applicable taxes. Payment is required upfront through our secure payment processor (PayPal). We do not store your payment information.

6. Delivery and Timeline

Thanks to our AI-powered process, most orders are completed within minutes after you submit your story and photos. You'll receive real-time progress updates via email as your order moves through each stage.

7. Revisions and Approval

Each plan includes a review stage where you can request changes to lyrics before song creation. Once you approve the lyrics and song, changes to the final product are subject to additional fees.

8. Limitation of Liability

Love & Song is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.
